The story goes like this.... Three dudes get the highscore on DJ Hero while huffing poppers and then break into their neighbors apartment who owns a bunch of dj gear and pretend to be real dj heros while the cameraman is holding the jungle juice?

they're doing the exact same as the swedish house mafia do at their gigs,
people expect the dj to dance and pretend to control what instruments come in,

its lip syncing for dj's and if you dont do it people will assume you're "just" playing other peoples music. its the visual aspect of a dj performance, it give the impession that you're enjoying the music which encourages the crowd to do so too.

just looks a bit naff in a bedroom.

Word. I have to imagine their not all that serious. Especially the guitar involved...

Also the op's name is Clouse. Strikingly similiar to the name on the vid itself.

Ah kind of like the court jester, who must entertain the crowd. imho if you have to do that you must have a pretty low self esteem or really bad skills.

like a prostitute faking an orgasm to get the job done more effectively

The video is funny, dont get me wrong. I like how they are making fun of djs who has to fake it.

Both correct. The video is supposed to be funny and is not to be taken seriously Also, don't consider this a promotion type video. It would really be, in Quiggers words, naff to see it as such. It's just a video of us enjoying our mixing session.
Btw, excuse the cheesy music. The reason we chose this track, was to make it generally enjoyable / mainstream.

i think the op is in the first video
    Jup, that's me.

Close We were, as the title suggests, making a mixtape and decided to turn on the cameras just for fun. We figured, if any good/funny footage was produced, we could make a video. Then it turned into a huge goofing around session and this is the result.

Btw, there is a mixtape to this video. It's just not uploaded yet, since my internet connection is currently super slow.

Apart from the content, what did you guys think of the editing?
