Ableton 9 who's getting it? What do you think so far?

I finally got authentication to work about an hour ago, but haven't played around with it yet. I'd been using the beta for quite awhile before that, does anyone know if the release version is much different from the last beta build?

Im debating to go to 9 or jump ship to logic, is there a 9 demo yet?

Either get logic now while its cheap on the app store, or wait for the new logic, if it ever comes.... I have both logic and ableton. I prefer working in ableton personally. But logic has some great features as well. Not sure if there is a 9 demo yet.

2 hours to download Ableton Live 9. Felt like the days of dial up.
Haven't done much in depth analysis into it, but I am really seeing potential with the audio to midi function.
It needs some tweaking to the algo, but I can see myself toying with this function endlessly.

My current workflow has been to sequence in Live, then do all the mastering and routings in Logic.
Not going to start a flame war, but it just works better for me. Plus, my Waves plug ins never seemed to work right in Live 8.
Plus, 8 was a mess with external midi.

Either way, looking forward to exploring more later tonight!

BTW... had Logic as a boxed version, then upgraded through the app store. Had no issues what so ever.
