Weird sound problem: OSX

Hey guys I'm using a Macbook Pro and I've got an issue with my sound. When I have nothing plugged in and I'm just using my laptop normally, my sound doesn't work. Even when I plug in headphones, the sound doesn't work through those either. When I got to my system preferences, internal speakers isn't even an option for sound. It's just Soundflower 2ch and Soundflower 16ch. What the hell is soundflower and how do I get my internal speakers working normally again?

Have a look in Applications>Utilities>Audio Midi Setup

Your default output could be set to something off?

Look for Built-In Output in the Default and System Output dropdowns

When I go there, the only two options i see are the two soundflower things.. i'm not sure how to get back my default internal speakers

you installed soundflower at some point on your system. try deleting it, if you don't even know what it is..

at the bottom of this page under the message reply box, click press 'go advanced'
in the tool bar above the message box on the new page you should see a paper clip, click it and upload the image from your computer
