Default MIDI Fighter replacement light tubes?

Does anyone know of a way to order replacement light tubes for the MIDI Fighter? One of mine somehow broke and fell out (maybe I hit a button too hard? I dunno) and so the light for that button is inconsistent with the rest. Any ideas?

DJTT said they didn't sell spare parts? It's just plexiglass tubing, I would check the local hardware store or hobby shop.

I'm surprised they wouldn't send one out for the price of the shipping. The customer service is normally very good!

I think there's a reason, otherwise they'd sent it out already.

i already tried looking it up, but all i get is industrial size plastic tubes that need to be fabricated. Hardware and hobby stores dont sell them either or anything that would fit. Im guessing these guys at djtechtools get them cut specifically for the midifighter.

I know its just cheap plastic tubing, but even though i bought a new top, new buttons, and rubber case...my midifighter still looks ghetto cause some of the plastic light rods are missing.

Okay they are more specific than just acrylic tubing and they're called LED light pipes. I think these are the ones DJTT use. Mine have an OD of 2.5 mm, but it's hard to measure the length without pulling the MF apart. I'm pretty sure they're 0.8" long though.

EDIT: they are 1" long. I've edited this link to the correct one.

Ah! I knew it was light pipes but i didn't think to add LED, my google search came up with nothing but those mirror tubes you put in your roof to let sunlight in

I have a feeling they're longer than 0.8" but I may be wrong.

Upon further examination (and after a few cups of coffee) I discovered it was relatively easy to slide one out. And you are correct, they are 1.003" long.

    Correct length
