Default what happened to all your gear?

    Hello DJTT,

I currently use 2 cdj 1000s and a kontrol x1 to control traktor (the rest is in my sig. )

    BUT

i was thinking in selling my cdjs buying another kontrol x1 & a NI MASCHINE

what are your thoughts on this should i sell them?
    1) i would use the maschine for adding beats live
    2) extra control in traktor
    3) to start production seriously

I'd do it... I'd sell just one if it were me though. I'd like to still have the resources and gear to allow manual BMing. Keep the single X1 and have it on right of mixer with the maschine and the other CDJ on the left... Look at that... I want it NAO! lol
When we all make music, the God Spirit travels out of our bodies and we become one with each other. And for just a second, there is no war, greed, or hate in the world, just music, the celebration of life. (and usually a party, which is good too!)

Don't sell them, just save up and expand your set up, that way you can have a hybrid set up, and a jolly good one indeed.

    Touch OSC app...

You can have any interface layout that you want with a touchable surface. You can build your own interface and change it whenever you want.

If you need tactile feel to some of the controls, you can buy a midi controller for this specifique control (Examples: midifighter, dicer, etc)

If you don't want to adjust the EQ and the Volume using the touch screen you can use an external audio interface with 2 or 4 (2 decks or 4 decks) stereo outs and use the club's mixer with all the oldschool tactile feel and with less preconception from the CDJ+ANALOG MIXER purists...

This will be my route, I don't know if it fits you, but the thread is for suggestions, right?
