    Hi guys,

been a minute since i've been active. I just got my hands on komplete 7. and i've been playing with traktor's 12 effects in my productions. oh my. soo good. the beat slicer and gater in my ableton productions are amazing. so easy to use. i highly recommend it for anyone who is shopping around for a vst.

I don't see myself upgrading from K6 to K7... no grace period = rip off.

wouldnt effectrix/glitch do a better job. although i will admit that the glitch presets have been done to death so making it sound original i somewhat difficult, though not impossible.

Traktor 12 = Traktor's FX VST (and probably AU, RTAS, and standalone)

Technically it's not vst, au, or standalone. It uses guitar rig's engine to run them. They run off of guitar rigs rack concept so you can load as many effects to create your own.

I'm use both effectrix and artillery, but traktor's 12 is more delicate and makes more sense in production. Especially because most of us already know the ins and outs of them. And I used the slicer as an example to cut up the vocals, but the other effects are great, having a decent gater and traktors t3 delay are great.
