Can't stand Faderfox gear. From a design point it just looks horrid. Just looks like it's been thrown together what the cheapest stuff.

I can't stand Numark and it has nothing to do with their product... it's because of this man.

I wasn't aware A&H Mixers had jogwheels? I don't find their layouts in no way cluttered or confusing to be honest, now THIS is fuckin confusing.

Hurts my brain to look at that, its a Christmas tree not a mixer. Only companies I have beef with are Numark and Behringer (aside from their 19" rackmount stuff, i've heard its okay)

Faderfoxes are not cheap feeling. They are very solid.

Gemini, Behringer, AND Roland for build quality. Had a Dj 2000 mixer back in ohh 2000 that had the worst components ever, crossfader , transform buttons and on and on. Paid 1000 dollars for this beast but never got passed six months without all kinds of issues. Worst piece of equipment ever. Still cant get over it.

I used a roland dj1000 for quite some years and didn't let me down once, sad the 2000 didn't turn out for you.

    thinks I dislike:
    faderfox 1970 design
    denon design
    behringer (mainly it's flying faders)
american audio (their gear feel and sound like crap)
stanton (we sell their cd players and i'm the guy that tests them after repair)
    the numark dude lol
    vdj (it just feels wrong)

    yup, im a hater

A&H gear is pro as, I can understand how someone might look at their ID and think yuck but sound wise and in terms of build quality they are tops.

This is only in reference to their club mixers though, I have never used any of their midi gear.

In dance oriented clubs the XONE 92 is very well represented in NZ

A&H 62 is the best small 4 channel mixer I've ever had. Used one for 5 years and it was totally pro gear.
In that time the club I was at went through 2 djm600s. They simply rattled apart.

i don't like pants. don't ask me why, i just don't like them for no apparent reason. fuck pants, it's just a trick to get me to buy suspenders and belts - don't get me started on belts.

    here's some food for thought.
are slippers ahead of their time, do we really need shoelaces and velcro straps for our footwear anymore? what has president obama really done, why are people still wearing shoes?

so how about you guys, does anybody else have any demented old senile grandpa idiosyncrasies they'd like to share?
