I Use Both Traktor & Ableton Live.

The Recent Soundflower Discussion In Your Blog Was A Great Tip.
The Duelist

Traktor for DJ'ing and Ableton for Production.
Traktor.
It may seem like a step back in technical terms, but a tutorial on getting a solid sounding mix (Do's and Don'ts even) in Traktor, or even an advanced effects use tutorial would be extremely helpful.
Cool forum Ean keep up the good work.
I use Traktor 3.3 but i like some of the features of Deckadance(plugins and patterns)

Dj software - TraktorDj 3.3 - Traktor Scratch 1.2
I am perfectly happy with Traktor as a software solution, but I use some hardware such as Korg ESX-1 and a Korg R3 (I know, I'm a Korg nut) to complement my setup.
Traktor, and I've been learning Ableton. Tried Cubase too.
When I decided to move away from vinyl & cd to computer DJ-ing, I started with Ableton Live as I felt it was more "Future DJ" than Traktor, but then Native Instruments had a superb promotion some time ago so I bought Traktor as well and now I use Traktor while I´m learning to use Ableton Live. But I intend to use Live for remixing and with the help of Soundflower I will start to take advantage of owning both Traktor and Live and combine them in my performances. Best of both worlds :-)
