    Default Studio mix advice

So I have to program about 6 hours of music for my sisters engagement party. Just wondering what software peoples are using for this kind of ish?

My first idea was to just put together a few hour mixes done live through traktor and split them up in case I fuck up terribly somewhere, but I'd rather sit and organise everything and put it together in a studio mix.. So if any of you guys are doing this hit me with some advice!
    cheers

ableton would be pretty good for this you can edit as yo go.

djtechtools write up about djing with ableton.

I personally have never done so, but using ableton lite could be a cheap option.

Yeah I'm probably looking at copping ableton soon anyway so cheers for that. Will have to read up a bit. What about garageband? Doesn't have to be anything impressive, was having a play around before on it and I think it could work..
