    murtis - I've been looking into portable in ears for a bit, and a decent review of the following would be good

    Jays q-jays or d-jays
    Etymotic er6i or hf2

    maybe diddybeats or somesuch as well?

    Aye, saw that.

    The in ears are just for listening to my iPod at work, I use HD25 IIs to play out with.

    I ended up getting the q-Jays - they were about £50 off from Amazon, get decent write ups and have a dual driver - seem to be OK at the mo, but apparently they improve after 20 or so hrs of breaking the drivers in.
