    Default s4 right jog wheel

When I unpack my s4 box today, the left jogwheel was came off. I put it back following the video made by photojojo. After recalibrate both sides of the jogwheels, the left works well, but unfotunately the right one cannot scratch at all. When I try to scratch or scroll the track, it only makes a slight movement in the track. The pitchbend is also down in the right side. Anybody can help me??? I've recalibrated it for several times already...

I have a video here to describe the problem.

Did you upgrade to 1.0.1 through the service center app that installed with the software? There's also new drivers on there you need to install.

I would have the supplier replace the unit. Yeh it sucks to wait but if the jogwheel is jacked up, who knows what else is also.

If it's a real issue and not just a software glitch, DJTT are normally really good about paying postage etc to replace a unit. There was a guy on here who had to send his VCI-100 back like 3 times due to burnt out LEDs.

(I just replaced mine myself )
