Left Jog not working

    Default Left Jog not working

    I re calibrated, restored factory settings, but the left jog won't function. The software is receiving a signal, however.

    Got the right deck selected? Simple but has done me more than once. If the midi light is blinking then i'd just try a re-install and it should come good...

    Yes, successfully completed 3 or 4 times now. Also, the correct deck is selected.

    Unfortunately, I think you both probably need to contact whoever you bought them from and ask about their return process.

    Just did, however I'm just outside my 14 day return with GC, and now I would have to ship it back to NI :/

    Just an update, I'm sending the unit back tomorrow. NI was very helpful in the process, e-mailed me the shipping label and everything.
