    Default The Hype Machine

Right just joined, but whats it all about really? Looks like it could really introduce me to some cool music but any pointers on how I can get the most out of it. I'm starting to realise that blogs and stuff could really help introduce me to some cool music. I'm a newbie electro fan by the way.

its just a nice site to find new music as far as I know, there are quite a few sites like it. One personal favorite of mine is robotskream.com, they have some crazy music hookups and all the songs hosted are free to download.

It is a blog search engine.

If you are looking for a new dance track and it does not show up on a hypem or soundcooud search, it is not on the internet

lol well at least that is what I have seen.

Anyways, its a great way to find music that you are looking for.

Look out for stream rips and 320 up-encodes. Otherwise, have fun.

yeah a couple of tracks I had a listen to had some radio jock introducing them or speaking over the end of the track so clearly ripped that way. But its a cool way of finding some music. Especially being fairly new to the genre I like its helping me find other artists so i can expand from the tried and tested few I like!

You mean "if you are looking for a new dance track and it doesn't show up on obscure russian forums, it is not on the internet "

    That's more true

It's a good resource to listen to music so you can then go buy the music. It's also a good source to download crap onto your computer and I'm not just talking about music.

Blogs aren't givin' away illegal music, they only share free music and free promo's (I'm talkin' about european and us blogs), 5 years ago they were givin' illegal music, but now it has changed...
