I have no idea why I bought this "greatest" controller of the year. As you might notice, I got a serious jog-wheel problem when I received it. After several days it disappeared automatically. Today the volume fader of deck D is totally dead, I cannot control the volume of deck D!! My s4 is only for home-use and I even bought a flightcase for it. Does anybody have the solution of this problem? I'm pissed of by NI...

Does the fader work in the software with the mouse? Does it do nothing at all when you move the fader? About the only thing I can think of is to uninstall and reinstall the software. If that doesn't fix it you need to contact NI support.

I already contacted NI and I have two laptops, either win or mac. The fader doesn't work at all.
