Default About using traktor pro on a netbook

I'm currently playing with traktor pro on my netbook. I'm in between computers right now so i've been stuck with this little guy for a while.

It's an asus eee 11.6" netbook, 1.33 ghz intel atom with 1 gig of RAM.

it seems I have an issue with cue point juggling, and button response with the cue points just mapped to the keyboard. I'm pushing the keys way faster than its playing, if that makes any sense.

Is it that this PC is just too slow to handle it? I thought I saw a DJTT post on using traktor on a netbook. Or is it the keyboard itself?

I'm just using traktor with the netbook's stock sound card
Just wondering what the issue is here, thanksss

I'm not sure about netbooks but PC keyboards have a 'matrix' which means that only 2-3 buttons can be pressed at once, so if you are really hammering it, some of them may not trigger.

And I personally wouldn't recommend a netbook for Traktor.

Have you installed asio4all for your netbook's soundcard?

Whereas I've played on a mates Asus Aspire One using a stock VCI 100 and TP and it was fine. We weren't mashing the cue buttons excessively, but it was perfectly responsive.
