Hey DJTT
I was just wondering are there any good alternative sound cards rather then the norman Audio DJ series, numark, and reloop? Im looking for a good 4 channel out sound card but i dont need the 4 ins that the audio 8 dj has.
Thanks

Im in the same boat... I found one I like but I need the inputs... plus its firewire
4 channel stereo, right?
M-Audio firewire 610:
Good find but thats about the same price as a audio 8 dj
What about the ESI Gigaport HD? It's got 8 outputs, and only costs $120. No inputs for running timecode or recording your set, but for mixing 4 decks externally it's easilly the cheapest option.
DVS setup: Traktor Scratch Pro, 2 X Denon DPDJ-101, Numark DXM06, Novation Dicer, Compaq Presario F750CA, Audio 8DJ
Controller setup: Traktor Scratch Pro, 2 X Denon DN-SC2000, Denon DN120X, Compaq Presario F750CA, Audio 2DJ,
As a person who has owned both the numark virtual vinyl sound card the djio while they are good they are very basic so if your after top class sound i wouldnt recomend a numark soundcard also they only have 2 ins 3 outs (the virtual vinyl soundcard) and two outs (djio)
I must say iv heard nothing BUT good things about the Gigaport HD
I play everything Indie/ Rock/ HipHop/ Cheese/ Electro/ Dubstep and anything that sounds good
Tsp 1.7/ Tsp 2/ Sony vaio Win 7 4gb Ram / Macbook Pro 13 inch (Main machine) /vci 100 se/ mixdeck/ audio 8/ technics rph headphones/ Custom xBox Controller/ Akai Lpd8
But its got 8 individual outs...can i put two together and run them to a mixer?
why not just get the audio 8/traktor skratch pro package? pretty sure they're still on sale everywhere till the end of the month for half the regular price.
^^Thats what i was thinking just wanted to be sure
