help me make a user map like Eans

I am desperately trying to add some commands to set up my s4 fx the way Ean has in his latest clip where the jogg wheel will work 2 effect amounts and switch on the effect when touching the platter. i can map the effect to come on when touching the platter at all times but i only want this to happen when the load light is lit. eg joggwheel fx mode. and i cant get another effect amount to work as in the clip. im asuming i need to make a modifer ect but im confused as it is not possable to see how it is mapped in the factory mapping to try copying it to a degree. i would love any help to make these changes

Which video? You can set the jogs to control FX when you press the load button in the S4 preferences.

the phenomena clip you can see both fx amounts 3 on fx units 1 and 3 working with the jog wheel
