i do understand that electric stimulation makes his face twitch, but wtf is up with the other guy touching him?

or does the touch/movement of the 1s guys fingers trigger the shocks to the others face?

im no expert but id call shenanigans, too much going on there with too low amount of cables and no physical connection that can be seen between them.
