finding missing track names?

I got a load of tracks that are missing track information. itunes says something along the lines "itunes cant find the track names as the track werent imported using itunes".
Is there a way of finding track names online or using 3rd party software? I know there's software out there but can any recommend anything?

i usually tag my tracks manually. I use http://www.mp3tag.de/en/ for software and http://www.discogs.com/ for track/album info. Doing it manually allows me to tag them the way I want. I find automatic tagging leaves something to be desired.

I used tune-up the other day, it messed up some files that were all fine, I was mightly p*ssed off.
