Not sure, but looks like he's using a remote desktop app. So no big trick if that's what he's doing, but he had me going for a minute.

if you look closely, you can see the mouse cursor. That is what he is moving with his finger. I have Jaduu for iphone that does the same thing. It controls your laptop or tower computer over the net. What you see on the phone is his desktop from his laptop or tower. I could play traktor on my laptop in Alabama from my phone when I'm in Las Vegas for example. Or in the next room. But it can be laggy to worthless sometimes depending on signal to phone and computer.
