Question about Traktor and "storing track collection"
I'm in the process of organizing some files in Traktor into playlists, and every once in awhile I'll run into a file that causes Traktor to freeze up. As such I end up losing all the work I did up to that point.
What I usually do is just close Traktor, because a window pops up saying "Storing Track Collection" and then I reopen Traktor and continue on but that's so time consuming to wait for my collection to reload.
So my question is, is there a way to "Store Track Collection" with out having to close Traktor? Or even better, is there a way to find out what tunes will cause Traktor to lock up? I've tried doing "check consistency" on all my files and nothing turns up, and the file plays in other media players like iTunes and Quicktime, Traktor is the only program that seems to have an issue with it.
And and all advice is appreciated.
Cheers!

DJTT Administrator del Ritmo
right click on track collection in the browser tree > save collection
make sure those files are traktor supported format and if mp3, have 2.3-2.4 ID3 tags

They are mp3 files as well, but I'll look into the ID3 tag info
