You will have to also copy the collection file over with the wav files as Traktor will store the data in its own database file if it cant store it in the file itself (such is the case with wav files)

hey I tried this and copied over the .nml file.

After importing the file, Traktor asked if i would like to copy the file/s or collection. I tried both but it seemed to be re-adding my collection to the libary. I did not wait for this to complete as i was worried of it duplicating everything.

Have you been through this process, is this the usual procedure for importing Beatgrids to a new Computer?

    Thaks for your help.

It does not duplicate the files when you add it to the collection.

and if for some reason it duplicates the titles or links, run a consistency check of you collection.

Hey Guys, I did as Bento said, i imported just the file to my other collection and afterwards, all my songs couldn't play due to them being missing, drm or corrupted files.
This happened to all of the music in my collection.

I thought it would be possible to import just the file and not the collection as Bento suggested. Will i have to do both?

After importing the file, my Beatgrids did appear but i ran into the problem described above.

    Thanks for your help
