Virtual DJ Mixer mapping HELP!!

I come for answers from the wisest people around. I just got a new Vestax Pmc 05 Pro IV. I am trying to map this in VDJ. (I use it for video) But I am having trouble ya'll.

When I map the channel faders, one channel fader controls both faders. I was curious if someone had some VDJ mappings for another mixer that I can use to follow the code, or if someone has one for the mixer already made that i just modify. I asked the VDJ forum but they seem to be too busy. Haha.

gah, ive never mapped a midi mixer to vdj.

what version of vdj are you using?

I'm using VDJ 7. I will say this, the mixer is a BEAST in both traktor and Serato...if I could just use the code in VDJ it would be on.

well, jesc sounded like he was open to getting on skype with you and walking you through it. kind of a generous offer. i would have just downloaded skype and said yes.

honestly jesse is probably the only guy i know that has basically every dj software on the planet and the gear to use all of it.

im going to guess that you
a) acidently mapped both faders to the same command
or
b) did not change the deck focus

ive never opened the mapping section on vdj. im taking a shot in the dark

I changed the focus but it still does it. I just gave up the mixer and everything works it just doesn't show it on the screen, instead I mapped it for video. and left the faders alone.
