Blame the guy mooning the officers as they drove down the street outside.
if you weren't drinking and they have no proof you were, you can easily dispute the charge.
Can't argue with that.

21... i don't know you guys do it down south... i thought 19 was extreme considering a couple of the provinces in canada the drinking age is 18.

I'm not sure about your local laws, but you should be able to get out of that pretty easily. If you were hired to play it might help your case if you can prove it and show that you weren't just there partying, but actually working. Seems like a waste of time to me and I'm generally pro cop on most things.
