    Default advice?

ok so i've been DJ'ing on my Stealth and Midi's .. and is cool but I've always wanted to get into scratching/turntablism etc .. my girlfriend dj's too (on cdj's) and she's got 2 x 1200 that she'll 'lend me' for now .. my Stealth is mapped so i can easily do 4 channel mixing but will it work as a mixer ok with the Technics and TScratch?? wondering if i can use it as a one stop mixer/effect shop for traktor ?? or if not what would be the best set up you'd recommend? I've had a good look thru the scratchworx stuff too .. but be interested to hear from anyone here even tho i know we're "digital" dj's - but hey

You'll need a scratch certified soundcard or mixer to use Traktor Scratch. Not sure if the stealth will work, but you may be able to use it in internal mode.

cheers dude .. the shop had a refurb'd scratch certified mixer so am gonna go back and have chat with them about it .. was wondering about the stealth as i've seen some dude scratching/beatjuggling with it on youtube .. so then was wondering if it could be a mixer with the audio 8 that comes with scratch pro .. gonna go trawl the NI site again but reckoning new mixer is way forward

internal mode will allow the stealth to be used that way. but having the mixer won't hurt

Be prepared for some serious practive time (says the man who was giving himself serious wrist and finger cramps last might trying to get Transforms down pat ...)

Yeh it should work, as long as your latency is low enough.
