Do you have an external sound card?

no.. but i thought that was only to be able to play too different sounds at once.. (meaning one to headphones and a different one to speakers..)
(i am extremely beginner.. and only do this as a relaxation method..since all i do all day is listen to music while i work)

Up your latency in Traktor until the clicking and popping stops.

If your soundcard doesn't have more than one channel then it can't play a different song through the speakers and headphones.

Also, internal soundcards are not necessarily powerful enough to process the data that Traktor requires for output. You're best off reading about this stuff, cause the information is all over the internet.
