Default CDJ-900 + Extern Hard Driver not working

    Hello

I just bought a Lacie Rugged external hard drive. And now I try to get it to work with the CDJ-900. CDJ can not find it. I have divided it into two partitions, one half is NTFS and the other half is Mac OS Extended Journaled.

How do you guys do to get it work with cdj-900+HDD?

HFS+ is the format used by apple. how big is the HD being that FAT 32 does limit on how big the partition can be.

dont mean to be rude, but the info is in the manual that came with the cdjs and that info is covered in the FAQ too.

I know what the problem is now. The CDJ-900 gave too little power through the USB socket. I had to run the power cable to the HHD, now it works
