    Default Show your case!?

I've been considering building or buying a case for my current rig (macbook pro/apc40/vci100/audio 2 dj)...maybe I'm just a little ocd, but it would be nice to have everything organized and ready to go. I'd love to see what people have done to get all their gear in one case or a few smaller ones!

Coffins look good but suck portability wise, unless you have skateboard wheels on one end I guess (geeky).

Why not bag it. Last year I bought a SwissArmy backpack form costco for 35 bucks. I can fit sooo much gear in there it's unreal & it's really well built (did add some foam though).

My xone is in a road case & it weighs a ton. Maybe get a shoulder strap for that one.

Anyway, my whole point is, I have packed and unpacked so many times now I can set up (just about)blindfolded in under fifteen, soundcheck included. That's a good skill to have, don't you think?

Here's a case I modified for my gear. I started with a flight case designed for DNS-1200 cd players. I built risers for the S2000's which let me hide a USB hub and an AudioDJ2 underneath. Setup is super quick with only three cables to worry about.

Controller setup: Traktor Scratch Pro, 2 X Denon DN-SC2000, Denon DN120X, Compaq Presario F750CA, Audio 2DJ,
