    GOD DAMNIT.. been trying for 45 minutes, as soon as I finish, the start is out of sync again... FML

    can't see the vid cos I'm at work, but have you tried tapping out the beat as a starting point?

    this. if you've got a mixer with a manual beat detecter or something use that. or i'm sure there's some on the internetz.. tap it out and plug that in the choon then grid it from there.

    What genre is it? if the BPM changes then you're fucked, but if not you'll be fine. tap it out for a bpm, place a grid marker on the first proper beat and go from there.

    tap and count the beat for 10 sec and multiply with 6 thats your bpm, rufly but its a value to work with, if you need more details go with the beat grid in traktor, fine tune by hand.

    can listen to the song though it is not available in my country....

    The problem is that Traktor won't let me beatgrid it, because if I line up 50% of the song, the other 50% will be fucked, and vice versa.

    You mean there's a BPM switch? In that case there's nothing you can do except grid it to one half and save the bpm value of the other half in the comments field.

    i have the same problem with Benny Benassi - Cinema (skrillex Remix) that shit just doesnt wanna stay gridded.
