Do you actually have a good idea of how to use it all or did you decide you just wanted to lose some money?

I just finished a highly refined mixer mapping for 1 X1, that retains all of the X1's previous control abilities by adding two additional shift layers...

I find myself having more fun mixing with just that, in Traktors internal mode, than I do on a big control vinyl setup into 2 channels of a 4 channel mixer.

It just feels right, I don't have all this extra stuff going on that I don't really need for mixing two tracks together....

It gives me such freedom... to be able to ROCK a set with my laptop, some cans, an Audio 2, and one X1.

I have really shifted my idea of what I "need" to DJ with, and I'm getting away from buying new things, and getting into finding new ways of using what I have...

    One X1 ftw.

Don't worry, i'm going to get a mothership one day too. Wanna know why? Cause i'm a gear whore. Oh and I love buttons and knobs. The more buttons the merrier! Congrats!
