    Default [OT] Firefox 4 RC

New Firefox just got released... I like it a ton more than Chrome (which had replaced Firefox 3 for me). The address bar now supports searching, it's slimmer, and faster.

Little irrelevant, but I figured I'd share it. Back to /g/ ^.^

The 12th (yes 12th Beta version) is the RC. Went to FF after IE9 Beta would not talk to my banking website. Up on Chrome and Safari (the latter is great on my wife's MBP, but sucks on Windows, but I am soooooo going back to (final) IE9 tomorrow. Lean, mean, super-fast and elegant. Bye Bye FF - it was good knowing you.

No - but I heard good things. Independent tests (not MicroSoft) show IE9 fastest. Love the new look - makes FF look busy and Safari like a hospital spread-sheet. Is Opera due for an update?

Grouped tabs? Damn, I've been waiting for that a long time. I guess I should install the RC, well maybe later

Working bloody well. A few addons aren't compatible but it certainly seems faster. A lot cleaner, more cut down interface. Liking it so far

Hey JNZ - welcome back - had us worried for a 'mo. Glad the rugby stadiums weren't affected (only kidding - tragic stuff up North huh?). See you a bit schizophrenic today - from Nosferatu to Homer to Vyvyan - you need to get that MPD in check. I like the new FireFox, but give the new IE9 a whirl, it's very good.
