Trigger Finger not recognized in Traktor Pro?

Hello everyone. So my Trigger Finger is not being recognized by Traktor Pro. When I go to Preferences / Controller Manager, under "device" all it says is "Generic Keyboard". The dropdown menu does not have anything but the keyboard. I even tried with a USB hub as I know that the USB hub has resolved some TF issues in the past. I'm using Traktor Pro 1.2.4 and I also have the required Enigma drivers installed for the TF...Any help? Thanks so much!

For one thing upgrade to 1.2.7.

You have to 'add generic midi' then set the inputs and outputs to the trigger finger, which should appear in those drop downs.

alternatively, if using a pre made tsi file, use the big import button.

Open service centre and go from there, it's really easy.
