    Default Budget midi controllers

    hey guys i need some help i need to get a solid midi controller under 80 dollars. I just bought my s4 a week ago so i have a low budget now any suggestions would help thanks!

    korg nano series
    or Akai mini's are good and cheap

    +1 on the Akai lpd8. Got one on sale for $30 and it's been really good to me.

    What exactly do you want to use a second controller for? That might help us to recommend something more specific to your needs.

    Thanks for the welcome! Im basically using it as a trigger for effects because I do not like the effects unit on the s4 that much

    That lpd8 is a very nice compromise for triggers and knobs.

    Midi fighters cost loot to have knobs available
