    Default Midi-Fighter Scholarships?

    Hi Everyone!
Just had an excellent idea for hardworking high school students!

Say a student was in the top X percent of the class, and had an honors level GPA, could apply to get a free midi-fighter? I know some teens like myself are really into these things, but just don't have the money to get gear to practice on. Wouldn't it be great if these students could get some extra help?

To get one of these though, would not be an easy process... ie mandatory posting and showing of your transcript/report card, and an essay on why you deserve one..

Just throwing this one out there

And DJTechTools earns what from it...?

In the real world nobody gives a shit about your highschool grades (I'm assuming you are in highschool). Just because your parents may give you money for good grades doesn't mean the rest of the world will.

High school students have the least worries in terms of money anyway. Wait until you get to university. Almost all of my friends are already in serious debt (I am in 3rd year). High school students spend their money on what...nintendo ds and video games? Learn to save up like the rest of us.

Sorry if I sounded harsh but this is an extremely absurd suggestion.

I'm confused. And the school pays for it?

Seems like a bit of a waste of funds to me. Most people wouldn't want a midifighter even if they knew what it as.

Besides I really don't think money is a good way to motivate people to educate themselves. And the others would be bitter and cease trying.

I would stick to the tuition or cash scholarships. They helped me to stay debt free while in university. The job helped to.
