Default MAC A Leap of faith

Thought id post about my move to Mac from PC

For anyone thinking about it the advice id give is do it now!!!!!

Everything works so well! So far ive managed to wirelessly link two macs playing ableton. two playing ableton/traktor and its so easy to sync traktor pro to ableton on 1 laptop!

As a long term PC user it was a leap of faith but totally worth it.

So if your thinking of it, as Nike say. Just do it.

Oh man. I really hate to be a negative nancy but geez these threads are getting tiresome.. I'm a long time mac user and advocate, but seriously, maybe just save it for when people ask advice on the subject. They're sweet computers. I get it.

I've just done the same thing. Had a mac desktop for years but was DJing on a HP laptop.

I tested what it could handle the other night and it managed 4 decks all synced with keylock and FX, on 1ms latency! Barely tickled the CPU meter too.
I'm chuffed with it and cant wait until my S4 arrived, which should be this week

You realize when you put Mac in all caps like that, it no longer means macintosh. It means Media Access Control. i.e. MAC Address.
