Shouldn't need the Audio 2, the Raw has built in audio.

Why? 1 otus = 2 decks. Can you beat match 4 decks?

Also the otus has a built in 2 channel sound card. So you're saying he need 6 stereo outputs? So is he running two different instances of traktor so he can have 6 decks?

    edit; broken w key.

and there is no need to aggregate the soundcards on mac or use asio4all
The OP mentioned he wanted to use an external mixer with external traktor mode & control 4 decks.

I assummed each deck on separate channels in which case you would need to aggregate to get 8 outputs or use internal Mixing which does away with the need for a external mixer anyhow?

Why? 1 otus = 2 decks. Can you beat match 4 decks?
OP already said he'd like to control C&D too :P

    2xRAW = $400 difference in price (ouch!)

    Edit:
Also the otus has a built in 2 channel sound card
Its actually a 6ch soundcard for headphone out as well but OP would still need to combine the outs for external mixing.

What the hell? the otus is COMPLETELY the wrong type of controller to use for 4 deck control. It's designed for manual beat matching and nothing else really. Unless you're a badman on the turntables you're just not going to be able to handle it. Unless you sync. But then why are you getting an otus?

No, the otus is 2 stereo channel. It has 2 mono pairs and 2 digitals that have the same output as the mono pairs.

no need to aggregate, the EKS audio Driver add routable channels in Traktor so u can give each channel a output if u run 2 Otus and hook that up to any 4 channel mixer

    17 low travel buttons
    6 touch buttons
    10 assignable control knobs
    touch fader
    2xlayers

I'd hardly say its designed for nothing else ?

Fat businessmen drive M3's and ferrari's ... I hope the OP blows us away with mad skillz

thanks for your help in advance
