So I have Traktor LE that I was trying to upgrade for the $139.99. However it says product is restricted to certain user groups. Am I not allowed to upgrade or what is going on I am so confused. I looked up on their site to see if it was registered and they say I have LE and the key.

Do you have a Native Instruments account? you need to register your LE, then you'll have an account from which you can buy the upgrade.

Yes, I am registered one with the Service Center and then when I did some digging on the site it showed my account as registered.
