Sweet. Asio really is your best option if you use on board sound.

I had the same issue exactly. With lots pops crackles etc too.
It all went away when I plugged in my external s/card.
Im thinking T2 runs a bit heavier than TP, shame coz its easier when im gridding and checking new tunes to use the internal s/c.
