    Default VCI100,Kontrolx1, and Audio8 soundcard

    Hi
Ive recently perchased a second hand vci100 v1.2 (old I Kknow, but its easier than carrying turntables and a mixer to house parties) and was wondering if i could use it alongside my x1 kontrol and audio8 soundcard even though my macbook pro only has 2x usb ports(3 would be needed for the 3 units) Ive got a decent set up at home with a powered usb multi port thingy.. to with i connect keyboard and most other goodies, will the powered port work with the 3 i hope to connect?
Any help or advice is greatly appreciate
    Cheers

Just get a USB hub. Preferablly powered.

I used to have the exact same set up.

You're best off plugging the Audio 8 into its own USB port (keep latency down), and using a powered USB hub for the rest.
