they use one of those denon midi controllers that are made to compliment scratch live. it sits right in front of this mixer, but its only about an inch or so tall. he probably set a 1/2 bar loop on that while playing with the transpose on the djm2000 and doubling and halving the loop. i dig it

I disagree, I've seen them 3 time in the past year and they've kept it fresh - yeah, they usually play their big tracks and remixes but most of the other tracks in their sets were recent and changed up. They mix pretty quickly as well, I think, so manage to pack a lot of tracks into a set.
