    Default good white noise samples

I am starting to produce in FL Studio and i have a plethora of vengeance packs. they have HUNDREDS of downlifter samples, many of them sound like white noise or steam but none are perfect its driving me mad. they all have a synth hit or are tapered in a weird way. i just want simple gated steam/white noise. anyone know where i can find some? in the style of avicii's simple white noise sound

    Thumbs up

It's prolly best that you create your own. You will feel more accomplished if you do, it will be easier to edit/manipulate, & and you will more control over the quality of etc.

I produce in Ableton but, I'm sure its pretty much the same concept as anything else.

As a matter fact I saved you some trouble and looked for a video tutorial on youtube that looked like a decent example for you to learn how-to in FL.

Honestly, youtube will be your best friend. Anything about production in any program can be found there. The only thing it can't teach you is creativity, thats something your gonna have to come up with on your own.

    Hope this was helpful.

TAL noisemaker has a white noise generator built in I think. Its a free VST! And a brilliant one at that.
