Default How to clear up CPU for traktor through audio 2 dj?

    Hey

How can i improve audio quality through the audio 2 dj? Ive changed the buffer to 4ms, and put the sample rate at the lowest, but there are still some clicks. Are there any other ways to clear up the CPU?

    Thanks

    Not nearly enough info here.
Raise your latency and follow the Windows tweak guides in the NI knowledge database on their website if you are on Windows. No need to start YET ANOTHER thread on this here, NI have a website for this.

sample rate to 44.1 kHz makes sense but a bigger buffer lightens the load for your cpu,
big buffer means less calls for it to be re-filled as it's passing audio thru your cpu to your soundcard, 256 samples is roughly 6mSecbut even scratch dj's can work happily with 15mSec of buffer delay, so edge it up 512samples is where i've mine set.

Also, turn off bluetooth and wifi, and disable your anti virus when gigging, as these all make random demands to the cpu, wifi in particular can lead to a ticking noise over your audio.
