I think farm records did a couple of albums called "anime trance" which had more of the older anime theme tunes remixed in a trance/eurobeat/para para stylee. The second one had some really good stuff on it like Cruel Angel's Thesis, Head Cha La and Get Wild. There were two remix albums for Lucky Star which basically had loads of versions of Motteke Sailor Fuku like this:

Negima also did a load of remixes of both Happy Material and 1000% Sparking so there should be one or two there that might help:
