    Default Some Gear Advice Please...

    Hey,
Can anyone give me advice on the following matter.
I just got into djíng and I am really into it!

With limited knowledge I bought a numark mixtrackPro 3 moths ago but I feel I have already out grown it. I recently made the change from using VDJpro to TraktorPro2 and now feel I should realy get rid of my mixtrackPro...

    I'm considering these options

    Saving up for an S4
Saving up for a vci-100 SE arcade
Buying a second hand vci-100 SE arcade out of belgium

also can some one give me a indication on how much tax and shipping would be if I decide to go for a custom vci-100 SE arcade? I live in the Netherlands.

I curently play at my gigs using cd's but I would love to take out my controller and try some stuf i'v been doing at home live.

    thnx in advance!

if you wish to use traktor pro 2, i'd suggest the s4 as its basically a direct hardware replication of the software.. the vci is a beast tho.

it all depends on your mixing style, and where you want to take your mixing in the future... and how much you want to spend :P

While you're saving up and making the decision don;t forget to factor the cost of the software into it. The S4 comes with the software so that effectively take $200 off the price compared to buying a controller without the software. If you already have the software you can sell your older one.
