Default Looking for entry level mixer: Pioneer DJM-350 vx. Allen & Heath Xone:32

Looking for an entry-level mixer. I like the recording functions of the DJM-350, but considering the A&H Xone:32.

    Any recommendations?

    Thanks!

I havent really seen the xone 32 in action, but that djm 350 is pretty snazzy if you ask me.

I dunno about the price either.

Based on the outputs, I'd go for the xone. I don't like its fader caps but I'm sure they could be replaced, more importantly it has THREE balanced outputs (master, booth, aux) where the DJM has NONE. It relies entirely on unbalanced connections which is surprising for a 'professional grade' mixer.

I'm still wondering who came up with the idea of placing the gain knobs on the back of the Xone:32, though....

    I use a denon x120 for my 2 channelness.

I also mix in my headphones and dont use monitors. Maybe one day when I have larger gigs and more access to equipment.

I also use a djm-800 from time to time. I like always mixing on different equipment its like giving my ear as much experience as I can or something.

The nuo's probably would have more value in the long run.

    my attempt at using pictures.

The DJm-350 and the Nuo 2 are in the same price range.

Are you using software as well or just cdjs?

EDIT: failed at getting pictures up. Link to the fron and back of nuo 2 there.

My mate's just picked up a Nuo 2.0 and i really like it. Would have one over a DJM-350 any day.

I used to have a xone 32 and the gain knobs at the back will do your nut in after a while.

Default For use at home with Kontrol X1 + Traktor Pro 2 + Audio 2 DJ

Thanks for the responses guys. I'm using Traktor Pro 2, have an S4, the mixer is mostly for playing with a Kontrol X1 + Audio 2 DJ, mixing externally because I don't want to have to hack any custom mapping for my X1. Wanna use the X1+A2DJ as my "mobile" setup while I gain familiarity with the Kontrol S4.

Does this change any of the recommendations? The only reason I picked the 3Channel Xone over the Xone:22 is because the 22 has a "lite" version of their effects/filter, while apparently the Xone:32 has the full-fledged version.

Should've been more clear in the initial question. Does this make me a better candidate for the DJM-350? This is not for use at a club environment, just at home really. I like the "Record to USB" function of the DJM-350.

    Thanks again,
    Daniel

I think the combo of an X1 and Nuo2.0 would be killer.
