Anyone else waiting on hardware upgrade?
I ordered the Traktor Scratch Pro II hardware upgrade just before release in March. I wanted to get my hands on the new soundcard.
After waiting several weeks for my product I contacted support. They got back to me stating that the release of the hardware upgrade had been pushed back, and that they'd get back to me with more info in a week. This was well over a month ago, and I haven't heard anything. I opened another support ticket, and am waiting for their response (Ticket#2011051610005971).
I'm not here to complain about NI's support. I'm patient, and I'm confident that I'll get my product eventually. I just wanted to know if I was the only one. It sounds like some sort of supply issue?

I got mine on day of release. Ring them.

I think one of the key factors is that I bought only two days before release. You may have bought before they sold out? Even then that doesn't explain why it's been so long. I guess I'll just have to wait for my ticket to get a response.
