I really have no sympathy for sony. imo, theyre so far up their own ass they can't see daylight.
From their racist advertising campaigns to the millionth redesign of the PSP they constantly alienate their customer base and destroy their revenue. They gonna do the same thing this E3 too so they desereve everything they get.

seems to be a bit up/down, but this is where they've posted info/links etc http://lulzsecurity.com/releases/
read how they did it to, tbh sounds like sony kind of asked for it... i don't support their actions, but a bit of chaos is always fun to watch
This is just plain crazy! Who the hell did Sony piss off?
I really don't understand this?! WHy do people keep hacking into companies like this? Different with the Anonymous group a few months ago as they were targetting anti-WikiLeaks, i.e. anti-free speech supporters/sponsors so tehre was a clear agenda.
Things like this I completely don't understand. Sony lose lots of money, yes. They're shocked into action, yes. However, they won't go bust because they're far too big a company. And how will they attempt to recover losses imposed due to these hacks? By upping the prices more than likely causing us innocent and genuine customers to have to fork out more for thing due to hacking idiot's actions.
That's my opinion anyway on this kind of mindless and reckless IT hacking without any real or valid agenda or reason.

Apparently they do it for the lolz
anon attacked sony because they were keeping people from doing what they wanted to their won property.
sony wasnt letting people mod their ps3s and such, so some guy haced into the code or some crap and essentially unlocked it like you would an iphone.
sony took legal action and the war began.
if i find the call to arms image/statement ill post it
