    Default VCI-300 Traktor Scratch Question

I got my vci300 working with Traktor with the help of the midi translator and every info I got from this site. I just wanted to try it out to see how good Traktor was compared to Itch which I like but the no effect is not a good look. Anyway, I'm not familiar with midi mapping and never used Traktor before. So after download someone TSI file from here and loading them, things seem ok even though I still haven't gotten use to using Traktor. Okay my question is this, when using Traktor and scatching on it, it would let me scatch but when I let the jog wheel go the song would stop for a real quick half a second and then continue. So what I'm asking is how do I set it up for it to play right away when I let the job wheel go. Also, is there a difference with Tracktor Pro and Traktor Scratch.

Traktor scratch is timecode, so with turntables or cd players.
You wont get the same scratch feeling as in itch, but maybe the sensitivity adjustment on the back of the vci can help.
