The MIDI sync of Traktor and Maschine guide doesn't quite work for me. There is no option for Traktor virtual output. Is this something Mac specific?

Yes, the Traktor Virtual Output is only available on Mac, not on Windows.
On Windows try http://nerds.de/en/loopbe1.html, a free tool that provides a virtual MIDI connectionwww.traktorbible.com/freaks
The largest (and original) Traktor midi maps portal on the internet.

I've seen the Traktor Bible and have been interested in one for a while. I'd love an eBook version (purchasable in the US please?
). That being said, this same information can be found on YouTube - I believe Dubspot has a tutorial up there on how to do this. I assume you're charging for said workshop?
