    Default Awesome Mac App

Alright prolly been posted but I could not figure this out for awhile. But, this mac app called caffeine is awesome. It keeps your mac from dimming. I was out working in traktor just to have my mac go dim and mess me up. Anyways I figured i would post this for other people who notice this and wanted to do something about it.

Yep, it's been posted and my mbp has been jacked up on caffeine for over a year.

Whats wrong with just changing the Energy Saving settings on the Mac..?
Does caffeine do anything special? Anything that cant be done in preferences ?

I do it all the time, but only because the less wires the merrier... Sometimes it's a short 2-3 hour gig and my laptop has a life of 4-hours fully charged with traktor... I always have it handy though!

Caffeine is a lot more convenient. I have the eneregy saver preferences set to sleep the screen after 1 minute. When I want to over-ride that it's much easier to click on a menu bar icon than to open the energy saver preferences and change the settings.
